Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-11

This policy describes what the site actually does with personal data. It is short because the site collects little: there are no accounts, payments, comments or analytics, and the rankings, calculator and comparison tools work without any personal data.

Who we are

AI SOC Compared ("we") publishes this site at aisoccompared.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us only through the contact page.

What we collect

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, chosen topic and message. If you send a copyright notice, also the work you identify, the URL of the material on this site, your two statements and your electronic signature.
  • Host logs. The hosting provider records technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to keep the site running and secure.
  • Browser storage. The site does not use cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage.
  • Google Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google. When they load, your IP address and browser details reach Google.
  • No analytics. We run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR we rely on legitimate interests to run and secure the site and to answer messages you send us. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who receives it

Hosting and infrastructure providers acting for us, the form delivery provider once the contact form is connected, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Israel, where we are based, has an EU adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle them, then deleted. Host logs are kept for a limited period set by the host.

Your rights

  • EU and UK: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawing consent, and a complaint to a supervisory authority.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): to know, delete and correct, to opt out of sale or sharing (which we do not do), and not to be discriminated against for using these rights.
  • Israel: the rights under the Privacy Protection Law, including access to and correction of your information.

How to make a request

Use the contact form with the topic "Privacy request". We may ask for details to confirm the request is yours.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If what the site does with data changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
