What this policy covers
How to send a notice
Use the contact form with the topic "Copyright notice". The form asks for each element below:
- Your physical or electronic signature (a typed name is fine).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The material you say infringes and its URL on this site.
- Your contact information, including an email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notification through the same form with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found), and to accept service from the person who sent the notice.
We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification, unless the complainant tells us it has filed a court action.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
Repeat infringers
The site has no user uploads. If we ever publish contributed material, we will stop accepting it from anyone who repeatedly infringes.
Forwarding notices
We may forward a notice, including the sender's details, to the party whose material it concerns.
